A comprehensive 45-60 minute assessment. We look at your history, movement patterns, and underlying biomechanics to create a roadmap for recovery.

Follow-up & Manual Therapy

  • Targeted treatment sessions including joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and Dry Needling to reduce pain and restore function.

Dry Needling Services

Clinical Dry Needling

  • We utilize evidence-based Dry Needling to deactivate myofascial trigger points and reset neuromuscular tension. This is one of our most effective tools for rapid pain relief and restoring movement
