There are many concerns women have for their changing bodies during pregnancy and Merryn has professional and personal experience to help you manage your pre and/or post natal journey. If you would like one to one support during your post natal return to exercise then Merryn offers Post Natal Exercise Plans. These are tailored to the individual and can use face to face exercise sessions, training diary, and online programs and video which has been an approach to retraining your body with very successful results.
